This is the most I have enjoyed the week of Christmas. All my shopping was done early, I made my Christmas cards during the summer, so now with the kids out of school we can just play. Yesterday and today the kids have been playing with all their friends here in our neighborhood. Today it's almost 60 degrees. They play out back on the trampoline then run through the house to the front yard to have a game of football, then upstairs to the Georgia room for toys and video games. My house needs vacuumed after all the kids playing but in the meantime I made these cute little mittens...they can be stuffed, used on the table to hold silverware or like mine are right now just snuggled on branches on our tree. I had ordered the pattern kit from
sweetwaterscrapbook.com. I LOVE their fabric line Authentic...I have more in the mail on the way to my house right now!
Yesterday while we had half the neighborhood kids over to play I got my thank you cards made while controlling all the fun chaos around here.
